Why we love snorkeling

Indonesia offers some of the finest snorkeling on Earth. With a staggering array of shallow coral reefs, snorkelers can encounter manta rays, turtles, vibrant reef fish, pristine coral, and, at times, larger pelagic species such as schools of giant trevally or even whale sharks—all in comfortably warm, tropical waters.

Most diversity & colour

More than 90% of coral reef species can be found within just four metres of the surface, this is also where sunlight brings the reef’s full colour to life. When snorkelling, we explore where the reef is most alive offering the clearest view of its complexity, colour, and constant movement — It’s the best way to truly see the reef as it is.

Slow snorkeling

Our off-the-beaten-path and slow travel philosophy extends to snorkeling — We follow the rhythm of the tides and currents, adjusting each day in search of the best conditions. Free from rigid itineraries, we stay as long as we like in exceptional snorkel sites—often with no one else around.

Snorkeling is accessible to everyone

It requires no special training or bulky equipment, and it isn’t limited by the time constraints of scuba diving.

Our approach to scuba diving

On private charter cruises, we offer relaxed, small-group scuba diving. Located in the Coral Triangle, Indonesia is home to some of the world’s richest dive sites—from Raja Ampat and Komodo to Wakatobi and beyond.

We take a gentle approach to diving. No more than two dives per day keeps the experience unrushed and supports low-impact interaction with marine ecosystems.

The Bajau is equipped with a large, purpose-built dive room. Bugis also supports scuba diving and can be fitted out for dive charters on request.

Where We Go

Each of our destinations offers a chance to slow down, connect with coastal cultures, and experience the ocean in its most vivid form. From manta rays and mangroves to village visits and limestone peaks, we choose to explore places that offer immersion over itinerary—remote, wild corners of Indonesia that reward curiosity, patience, and the quiet joy of discovering what lies beyond the map.
